Mind-Body Resources
Mind-Body Resources is the division that provides services for people ranging in age from teenagers through the elderly. Our services include: (1) counseling and psychotherapy for general problems in living, (2) health psychology (specialized services for those with health concerns, habit control problems or illness) and (3) presentations and workshops on topics pertaining to adolescents and adults, including stress management.
